ABOUT BIG DAWG COACHING
Hey there! My name is Tyler Rodriguez, owner of Big Dawg Coaching. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Science). I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Virtual Coaching Specialist through NASM. Throughout my time at Texas Tech, and with the courses I took through NASM, I have learned the necessary skills to produce highly effective exercise programs to fit whatever your needs may be. I am dedicated to helping you reach your goals in any way that I can.
Below you will find the services that I offer; including 12-Week Bulk/Cut Plans, a Diet Plan that calculates you Macronutrient and Calorie intake to fit your goals, and General Online Coaching, which is my Personal Training Package (Diet, Exercise Programming, Form Checks, etc.)
GENERAL COACHING PLANS ARE DESIGNED TO FIT YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS. UNLIKE SOME COACHES, NO TWO PLANS WILL EVER BE THE SAME AS THEY ARE MADE TO TARGET WEAK POINTS IN THE CLIENT'S PHYSIQUE TO BRING OUT A BETTER TOTAL PACKAGE BY THE END OF THE PROGRAM.
PROPER PERIODIZATION, VOLUME, AND INTENSITY OF WORKOUTS ARE ENSURED, AND WILL BE CONSTUCTED TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE THE BEST PHYSIQUE POSSIBLE.
